Students anticipate summer films

This summer is bringing cinematic sequels, sequins and steel, action, fashion, and good-looking vampires and werewolves, in movies such as "Iron Man 2," "Sex and the City 2" and "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse," and students are looking forward to their arrival.
"I'm looking forward to seeing 'Iron Man 2,'" B.J. Coleman, a junior from Chattanooga, said. "The first "Iron Man" was a pretty good film and I like action-packed thrillers."
The Iron Man sequel will be playing at many theaters, including The Rave and The Majestic downtown.
"I would like to go see ["Iron Man 2"] at The Majestic because I like the downtown atmosphere," Coleman said. "It's very welcoming, and family oriented, and you can do the whole dinner and a movie deal. And if I don't go there then I will probably just go to The Rave."
"Iron Man 2" comes out May 7.
Ashley Manning, a junior from Nashville, said she is excited about seeing "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse."
"I've read all the books and the third one is one of the best so I'm excited to see how they make it into a motion picture movie," Manning said. "The second one was better than the first so I just hope that they keep getting better, but it's a long book with a lot of detail so I wonder how they are going to get all the events in that take place in the book."
Twilighters will be buying out the box office to see "Eclipse" and Manning is hoping she will be able to go see it the night it comes out, June 30, or that weekend.
"I want to go to The Majestic downtown if I can save up my money because I want to sit in the VIP section where you can order dinner and drinks while you watch your movie," Manning said. "So I want to save my money and go see it with all my girlfriends."
Jennifer Pukenas, a sophomore, from Chattanooga, said, "I can't wait to see 'Sex and the City 2.' The first one was really good, so ever since I heard they were making a sequel I've been excited. I know it'll have some great fashion and it'll be fun to go see it with all my girls."
Pukenas said she wants to see the movie when it comes to theaters May 27.
