The only thing more frustrating than scheduling an appointment with a professor, getting there on time and finding an empty office with a note stating the professor will not be available to meet, is finding no note at all.
Unfortunately for students, this happens at an alarming frequency.…

Ten Thanksgivings ago, Dr. Monte Coulter first staged a concert in which "everyone wins," and it made the most sense to do a food benefit to kick off the season of giving.
Spurred by the opportunity to do something different and to support a cause, Coulter, professor of music for percussion and graduate coordinator, said the students in his Percussion Ensemble have worked very hard.…

As this semester begins to draw to a close, many students will be graduating soon, and the rest will continue their push forward to graduation in upcoming semesters; but what will many students see once they get their diploma and try to hit the job market?
Some will land entry-level professional jobs or get hired on with their internships, while some will stay at the same jobs they had while working through school.…
